Billy Ballard, MD, DDS, is the Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education; Chairman and Professor, Pathology, Meharry Medical College. His research specialty is Anatomic/Surgical Pathology; Head and Neck, breast, genitourinary (prostate), and OB/GYN; HPV in oral cancer; Tissue Acquisition and Procurement. Dr. Ballard recieved his post doctoral fellowship from The University of Mississippi Medical Center and Roswell Park Memorial Institute.
